Returns
• We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased during sales, limited drops, or special releases are not eligible for return or refund.
• Items damaged due to wear, washing, or mishandling are not eligible.
Refunds
• Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Orders are processed within 7–14 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During sales, festivals, or product launches, processing may take longer due to high order volume.
2. Shipping Timeline
We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery timelines:
• Metro Cities: 7–14 business days
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 7–14 business days
• Remote/Interior Locations: 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability and local conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on all orders within India (unless stated otherwise on the product page during special campaigns).
4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable).
• Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.
5. Failed Deliveries
An order may be returned to us if:
• The courier is unable to reach you
• The address provided is incomplete or incorrect
• Delivery is refused at the doorstep
In such cases, the order will be returned to the origin.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery delays may occur due to:

• Government restrictions
We will do our best to assist you, but such delays are outside our direct control.

8. International Shipping
Currently, Hevedr ships only within India.
